Making a Purchase:
You will need to register to make a purchase on Gladwraps.com. Simply add any product(s) that you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping go to Checkout and fill in your delivery and payment details to complete your order.

We are currently only accepting payment by Paypal. After confirming your order you will be taken to the Paypal website where you can make payment using credit or debit cards.
Guarantee:
Most of the products you see on this site are personally created by Sharon and in doing so she has tried to ensure absolute quality of workmanship. However, in the event of dissatisfaction or concerns regarding any of the products please contact us within 3 days from receipt of your order.
Returns:
We will accept return of any product if it is faulty or damaged. If this is the case please contact us within 3 days following receipt of your order to report the fault/damage. An alternative will be offered before any refund. We recommend you send any returns by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. The cost of the return postage will be the customer's liability.

We will only use customer information to process orders and will not disclose this information to third parties other than when orders are processed.
