Despatch and Delivery:
All orders will be despatched within 48 hours of receipt of order and payment. We are currently only despatching orders to UK mainland addresses and orders will be despatched using Royal Mail first class Signed For service. Delivery time is expected to be between 1-3 working days and although this service is reliable it is not always guaranteed. If you are not home when your package is delivered Royal Mail will leave a card advising you where the package can be collected from or to re-arrange delivery. Alternatively, you may wish to complete delivery instructions when placing your order - such as to leave the package with a neighbour.
If you require delivery outside UK mainland address then please contact us so that we can quote the delivery charges based on weight and destination.
Returns:
We will accept return of any product if it is faulty or damaged. If this is the case please contact us within 3 days following receipt of your order to report the fault/damage. An alternative will be offered before any refund. We recommend you send any returns by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns. The cost of the return postage will be the customer's liability.
